A friend send me this link to some pretty Ice sculptures

I was looking up woks and, oh my, it sounds like a big pain to get a new one ready -
Wok with Chan, Cooking Wisdom from Three Generations

I went and bought a nice one from Myer, and then I realized that I shouldn't had got a non stick one, you can't cook stir fries with it as well and there are health problems if you overheat it, although it seems ok if you don't heat too much past the point where cooking oil starts smoking.

I found it strange how he suggested you cook the meat after the vegies, I guess it's because his instructions are for low powered stoves rather than the proper wok burners I'm used to. I'll see if I can find some proper info on it, I just know that the ones my parents use are HOT! :)
