Die Welt zu Gast bei Freunden

English Soccer hooligans will be required to report to their local police station at kick-off time for English matches in this year's Soccer World Cup. They won't even be allowed to leave the country at all, having their passports taken off them.

The cynic in me says that this is over the top. But on the other hand, they're English.
